Our mission at Challenge Taekwoondo is to teach the Life Skills of  Perseverance through the Korean Martial Art and Sport of Tae Kwon Do.
Our goal is to teach our students to become Black Belts in Life.   We are a Lifestyle program, designed to bring out the best version of ourselves. Whether your goal is to learn self-defense, gain self-confidence, improve your focus and discipline, or to become a champion, we will help you to reach your goals.


4 ~ 6  years old

Little Tiger Class program is specially designed for children 4 to 6 years old. Our classes focus on introducing our students to the martial arts with age appropriate lessons. This program is designed to teach how to focus and follow directions .

 We also teach our students to develop their balance, flexibility and agility. Children are introduced to the fundamentals of martial arts training consisting of blocking and kicking. Our Little Tiger curriculum is the best program to prepare our children for school.


7 ~ 11 years old

Our Children's Class program is designed for children ages 7  to 11 years old.
We teach children the Korean Martial Art of Taekwondo in a safe, and positive environment. Our children's curriculum will improve our students concentration and respect for oneself and others, self-control and self-discipline, self-confidence and self-defense.
Classes consist of stretching, speed, strength and agility drills, forms training, blocking, punching, kicking, self-defense techniques and sparring training. Classes are divided by belt levels to separate beginners and advanced students.


12 ~ 16 years old

Our Junior Class program is designed for children 12 to 16 years old.  

 Classes are designed to challenge our students in a positive and encouraging environment. Students are trained to become more aware, disciplined and to get into peak physical shape.

We provide Free Sparring Class to Juniors for Self - Defense , which is most important 

*Advanced students can also gain community service hours by assisting in classes.
